The Brillant Law Firm was founded on the experience, focus and success of founder and shareholder David Brillant.

 

David is one of the Bay Area’s rising stars. David has tried numerous cases representing trustees and beneficiaries over disputes large and small. He constantly obtains great results for his clients. Unlike many trust and estate lawyers who mainly are “estate planners,” David started as a complex civil litigator, handling litigation matters ranging from construction and business disputes to tax matters against the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board. In addition to trust and estate litigation, David performs estate planning, trust administration and probate services for clients.

 

Over the years, David has represented numerous trustees, helping them administer trusts ranging from the routine to the complex. Trustees who do not retain a competent trust attorney to assist them in their roles are unnecessarily exposing themselves to liability.
