Jacob Hirsch, an associate in our transactional practice, guides clients through trust administration, probate, and proactive estate planning. Prior to joining Brillant Law, Jacob was an associate in a global law firm’s startup practice, where he focused on providing corporate governance and venture capital financing counsel to emerging growth companies. He has also worked on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Jacob graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2018, where he was the executive articles editor of the Hastings Law Journal, a member of the Order of the Coif, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Business Transactions. Jacob graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011. While at Vanderbilt, he was president of Vanderbilt University Hillel.
